Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the characteristics of perioperative nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2007 ~ August 2009, 738 cases of gallstones, gallbladder polyps are laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical data of perioperative care measures and complications of observation and care. Preoperative patients undergo a full medical assessment, guidance and good mental health care, postoperative close monitoring of circulation, respiratory, back to the ward after surgery for patients with routine care, close observation of abdominal signs and general condition, after of the food activities, discharge and other health guidance, and prevention of complications. Results of 738 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, surgery for one case of bile duct injury, five cases of bleeding around the gallbladder by laparoscopy and laparotomy severe adhesions cholecystectomy, and the remaining operation completed successfully. Found two cases of bile duct injury after surgery, 9 cases of abdominal hemorrhage, three cases of hemorrhage of poke holes, five cases of bile leakage, 21 cases of shoulder pain, by timely treatment and care for all patients were cured. Conclusion Although laparoscopic cholecystectomy trauma, less pain, rapid recovery, but there are certain risks and complications. Only scientific, well do the treatment and perioperative care, surgery is an important guarantee of success.
