国旗下演讲：《全民消防，生命至上》(中英文)
尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好!
今天我们演讲的主题是：《全民消防·生命至上》。
再过不久的11月9日，就是一年一度的全国消防宣传日了，目前正值秋冬，风干物燥、火灾多发，全国各地都在紧锣密鼓地开展秋冬防火工作。今天借此消防宣传日，我希望同学们积极关注消防，关注安全，共同创建"平安校园"，共度平安人生。
为了让危险远离我们，同学们就要脑海中长鸣“119”警笛，增强防火意识和提高防火技能，请大家严格遵守以下规定：
1、严禁吸烟，无论在哪里，这都是我们中小学生不应做的行为;
2、严禁携带火柴、打火机等火种以及易燃易爆物品进入教室或寝室;
3、在寝室不得擅自使用电器设备;
4、实验课上严格按照操作要求去做，小心谨慎，严防发生用火危险。不明或未知的化学药品不要随意乱动;
5、遇到火灾，要当机立断披上浸湿的衣物、被褥等，屏住呼吸或用湿毛巾等捂住口鼻，向安全出口方向冲出去;
6、遇到火灾，不要盲目跳楼，可利用阳台、落水管等逃生自救。也可以用绳子或把床单、被套撕成条状连成绳索，紧栓在窗框、暖气管、铁栏杆等固定物上，用毛巾、布条等保护手心，顺绳滑下。
老师、同学们，安全是幸福生活的保证，是健康成长的前提;安全不仅关系个人、关系学校、关系家庭，安全更关系到我们整个社会、整个民族。在2022年11月9日消防宣传日来临之际，我倡议全体师生能够关注消防安全，珍爱生命，学会保护自己。真正做到“全民消防·生命至上”!

Good morning, everyone. The topicof our speech today is: national fire protection · life first.
The next November 9th will be the National Fire Protection Day. It’s autumn now, with dry things and frequent fires. All parts of the country are carrying out fire protection work. Today, I hope that students can pay attention to fire protection and safety to share a safe life.
To keep the danger away from us, students should improve their awareness and skills. Please follow the following rules:
1. No smoking, no matter where we are, this is the behavior that our students should not do;
2. You mustn’t bring matches, lighters and explosive things into the classroom or bedroom;
3. You mustn’t use electrical equipment in the bedroom;
4. In the experiment class, we should be careful. Don't touch unknown chemicals;
5. In case of fire, put on wet clothes, hold your breath or cover your mouth and nose with wet towels, and rush out to the emergency exit;
6. In case of fire, do not jump , but use the balcony to escape. You can also use a rope. They can be fastened to the fixed objects.
Teachers and students, safety is the guarantee of a happy life ; On November 9th, 2022, I urge all teachers and students to pay attention to fire safety, cherish life and learn to protect themselves.
